Refund Policy
Refunds may be offered at the discretion of FenixLearning and its DBAs (“Fenix”). Fenix retains the right to refuse refund requests for any reason. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Refund Procedure
To qualify for a refund, the purchase in question must conform to the following requirements:
- The purchase was made within 30 days of requesting a refund.
- The course and test have not been completed.
- A certificate has not been issued.
If Fenix chooses to approve a cancellation or refund for a purchased program in which the certificate has been issued, the certificate will be immediately invalidated as described in the Certificate Issuance, Use, and Invalidation Policy.
To request a refund, send the following information to Customer Support at support@fenixfoodsafety.com
- Full name
- Reason for refund request
- Paid amount
- Receipt of purchase
After submission of the required information to Customer Support, the customer will receive an email notification within two (2) business days with information about refund status. The purchase refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.
Changes to our refund policy
Fenix reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
